Prima Development Group has started the development of a new residential project in northern Bucharest that will feature 482 apartments.
The project will include four apartment block buildings, as well as two private gardens and over 60 fast-charging parking spaces.
”All of the apartments in the PRIMA Vista complex had a concept started from the living experience,” said Adrian Stoichină, COO of Prima Development Group.
Prima Development Group has delivered over 3,000 apartments in the past 18 years, with a combined value of more than €180 million. The company is based in Oradea but has also expanded its development activity in Bucharest since 2017.
