Romanian developer STC Partners has started the construction of the first phase of the Quartier Azuga residential complex in Bucharest.
The company will develop initially two buildings with 93 apartments that are slated for delivery in the first half of 2024. Around 30% of the residential units in the first phase have already been sold.
Crosspoint Real Estate has been appointed as the sole agent of the project. Alin Popa, Business Development Director, Residential, Crosspoint Real Estate pointed out that to date most of the apartment acquisitions are represented by final customers.
STC Partners has previously delivered a boutique residential project in Bucharest.
