Romania’s mortgage market registered a new record in 2025, with loans worth €10.9 billion granted at a national level.

Slovenia's housing market faces rising prices without reliable data on the supply-demand gap, finds an analysis by the Eastern European Construction Forecasting Association (EECFA). Some 634 apartments were sold in new developments in Bratislava during Q4 2025, confirming stable sales that were maintained throughout the year, according to CBRE data.
