Polish residential developer Develia reported revenue of 1,888.7 million złoty for the first half of 2026, up 152% from 748.3 million złoty in the same period of 2025. Net profit rose 84% year on year to 319 million złoty, compared with 173.4 million złoty a year earlier.
The group sold 1,752 apartments in the first six months of 2026, slightly above the 1,699 units sold in the equivalent period of 2025. The number of units handed over to buyers more than doubled, rising to 2,572 from 1,193 in the first half of 2025.
At the end of June 2026, Develia held 942.1 million złoty in cash and short-term financial assets, up from 610.4 million złoty at the close of 2025. In April, the company signed a preliminary agreement to acquire 100% of shares in Stocznia Cesarska Development for approximately 550 million złoty. On the site of the former Imperial Shipyard in Gdańsk, Develia plans to develop a mixed-use project comprising at least 3,000 apartments and commercial premises.
