Cavatina Holding is funding the revitalisation of approximately 3.8 hectares of public space surrounding its Quorum Tower residential development on ul. Sikorskiego in Wrocław, covering riverfront promenades, two public squares and several hundred metres of city streets. The work is being carried out entirely at the developer's expense, with some areas already open to residents and further phases due for completion in the coming months.

The most visible element completed so far is a new riverfront promenade along the Odra, 20 to 40 metres wide and closed to motor traffic, featuring more than 6,000 new plantings, benches, timber decking and a cycle path across approximately 6,300 sqm. The promenade connects with an existing pedestrian and cycling network to form a continuous riverside route between Sikorskiego bridge and the next bridge along the Odra. A second area, the square at the junction of Rybacka and Zachodnia streets (approximately 7,760 sqm), is currently under works and will include new paths with mineral surfacing, additional planting, lighting, pergolas and organised parking bays to replace informal parking on grass verges.

A third area, the square of St Nicholas (approximately 4,470 sqm), awaits the outcome of archaeological investigations into the foundations of a medieval church that once stood on the site. The Wrocław heritage authority will then decide whether to expose the upper layer of the foundations or simply mark the outline of the former church in the square's surface. Separately, a stretch of Sikorskiego and Rybacka streets totalling approximately 7,900 sqm has already been rebuilt with a new cycle path, pavements, a green strip and granite setts. Further planned works include the continuation of Sikorskiego street to its junction with Podwale, a new cycle path and pavement along Zachodnia street, and resurfacing of Drzewna street, adding more than 11,000 sqm of roads and paths.

"For us, every project is not just a building but a fragment of the city for which we take responsibility. We invest in the promenades, squares and streets around the building on equal terms with the tower itself," said Anna Łagowska-Cioch, vice-president of Resi Capital by Cavatina, the company responsible for the commercialisation of the project. Piotr Jasiński, architect at Cavatina Group, added: "In no other city does a developer carry out projects like this pro bono for the city. We have genuinely large recreational areas here, two big squares and the entire Odra riverfront, all connected and extending the pedestrian network in this part of Wrocław."

Quorum Tower is a 137-metre, 38-storey residential tower containing 634 apartments ranging from 25 to 164 sqm, together with a spa and wellness area of over 800 sqm, padel courts and a rooftop garden. Cavatina Holding received a building permit for the complex in 2021, and the tower reached its full height in spring 2026. Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
