Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments. The company also completed another phase of building plot development for individual family house construction in Choťánky near Poděbrady and delivered the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov complex in Prague, featuring 101 homes.

Hubix, a Romanian real estate management and investment company, announces a €20 million investment in the development of the Abito Pipera residential project, a mixed-use complex designed for modern urban living and community.

Construction of homes in stage II of the Neo Natolin development is progressing well. DTM, selected by Real Management as the main contractor, has completed the foundation slabs and is currently erecting the first walls of the buildings. The investor plans to hand over keys to new owners in spring 2027.

Spanish investment fund Buenavista Equity Partners, formerly GED Capital, has entered into a sale transaction with real estate developer Cordia, owned by Hungarian millionaires Péter and Gábor Futó. The deal involves land located in the Pipera, near northern Bucharest.

Warsaw investment XYZ Place, located at the junction of Włochy and Mokotów districts, has received its occupancy permit. Matexi Polska will soon begin handing over keys to property owners. The first phase delivered 144 apartments ranging from 28 to 88 sqm, with ready-to-move-in units still available from €588,000.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Commission are supporting Ukraine's housing recovery with a €100 million loan facility to develop a scalable affordable housing platform. The financing will help deliver safe and sustainable housing for internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups, addressing one of the country's most pressing social needs.

Romania Sotheby's International Realty has listed a former hunting lodge built for Nicolae Ceaușescu in 1985 for €995,000. The property, now known as Hadar Chalet, is located in Gura Siriului, Buzău county, approximately one hour from Brașov.
