Mulberry Development, the real estate company founded by entrepreneur Ovidiu Șandor, has announced the start of a new building within the ISHO complex in Timișoara. Construction is scheduled to begin immediately, with delivery targeted for the end of 2027 or early 2028, while over 30% of apartments in ISHO C have already been reserved.

Crestyl has begun construction of the Kappa residential building at Prague's Hagibor development, located near Želivského metro station. The fifth residential building in the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, with Metrostav DIZ serving as the general contractor.

Construction has begun on the Nová Cihelna Kladno residential project in the Kladno-Rozdělov district, featuring 104 apartments. The estate is characterised by low-rise buildings with only 7-8 apartments each. The architectural project was created by Atal's in-house design studio, with completion planned for Q2 2027.

JTRE has submitted project documentation to Bratislava City Hall, requesting a statement on the investment plan in the location next to Eurovea on the Danube embankment. The project has been designed with a dominating 220 m skyscraper, reports yimba.sk.
