This year will end with over 1,000 premium and luxury dwellings delivered in new residential projects from Bucharest and its surroundings, a record for the recent history of Romania's residential market, according to a market report by SVN Romania.

Belgrade's rental market remains stable with no significant changes compared to previous years, according to an analysis by real estate agency Cordon based on 1,000 apartment listings from November 2025.

Hercesa Romania has announced that the launch of the last block from Vivenda Residencias, where sales recently started, marks the final stage of the project launched in 2007, which will reach 1,400 apartments in total.

Cloud9, part of Alfa Group's real estate division, has begun construction on the second phase of its Cloud9 Evolution residential project in northern Bucharest. The company is investing €80 million in this phase, part of a total €170 million budget for the entire development.

Crestyl has begun construction of the Kappa residential building at Prague's Hagibor development, located near Želivského metro station. The fifth residential building in the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, with Metrostav DIZ serving as the general contractor.

Construction has begun on the Nová Cihelna Kladno residential project in the Kladno-Rozdělov district, featuring 104 apartments. The development includes ecological elements such as photovoltaic panels, heat pumps and an underground rainwater retention tank. Future residents will enjoy a large community garden with park landscaping.
