InteRo Property Development, owned by the Canadian Topolinski investors family, will the start the construction of its first premium residential project and a villas complex with a combined value of €54 million. 


The company will develop 200 apartments in northern Bucharest, on a land plot of 8,000 sqm. The construction works will start in the last quarter of this year. 

At the same time, InteRo will kick off this June the construction of 28 exclusive villas on a 17,100 sqm land plot in Tunari, in northern Bucharest.

Our Family remains committed and pursues a strong pipeline of upcoming investments in Romania, which we consider to be a solid market for years to come. Moreover, as we grow our portfolio, we intend to consistently use technological innovation to enhance our projects,” said Michael Topolinski, founder of InteRo. 

Both new developments will be present on the Bright Spaces digital platform.
