Masaryčka and Nová Waltrovka, two office buildings that are currently being developed in Prague by Penta Real Estate, will offer the technology solutions of local proptech Sharry.

The Lakeside Park 02 office building, developed in Bratislava's Nové Mesto area by Immocap and WOOD & Company, has reached its full height of 13 floors.

Nearly three out of four employees in Romania now work from their office at least 3 days a week and most of them believe that the return to the office buildings can support the economic recovery, according to a survey by Genesis Property. 

More and more companies are returning to their offices by implementing a hybrid model of work. The prolonged use of this working model has translated into a lower volume of transactions.
