Developer Sekyra Group is launching the second stage of its extensive project of the new Smíchov City district in Prague, reports E15.cz. Three administrative buildings are planned to be built here, including the new headquarters of Česká spořitelna and a hotel.

The office and business centre Karlák Shopping Square (formerly Charles Square Center) owned by KGAL is getting a new face. The complete rebranding, architectural modifications and reconstruction of retail and office spaces, including a modernised logo are all included in the reconstruction plan.

Only 31,000 sqm of new supply was delivered through two projects during the three months to March 2024, bringing the combined office stock of Poland’s eight largest regional cities to 6.7 million sqm at the end of the first quarter, say BNP Paribas Real Estate experts.
