AFI Europe's AFI Karlín office complex in Prague has announced the arrival of new tenants. A law firm is moving its team here, and a media and entertainment company is going to open a development centre for its streaming video service in the building.

S Immo has announced the sale of HOTO Business Tower in Zagreb for an undisclosed sum. The project is located on the south-western edge of the central business district of the Croatian capital and comprises a total leasable area of around 15,500 sqm.

IWG’s Regus Fészek office building has opened in Pécs and has attracted Fressnapf International Business Services (FIBS) as its first tenant.

Total demand for office spaces in Budapest was up 21% year-on-year to 238,400 sqm, of which net take-up accounted for 105,860 sqm, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).
