Building B at the Warsaw Spark complex and Generation Park Z are the next Skanska office buildings which have received the WELL Core & Shell certificate at the Gold level from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This is the fourth and fifth Skanska project certified in Central and Eastern Europe.

Bucharest’s office stock topped 3 million sqm at the end of the first half, with more than 250,000 sqm of new spaces slated for delivery by the end of next year, according to a report by Colliers. 

Cushman & Wakefield will represent the owner of the Kraków office complex in Armii Krajowej Street, a major road of the city, in office leasing processes. The complex offers a total of more than 36,900 sq m of modern office space.

Irish startup Nooka Space has installed its first smart proximity office in the garden of Bucharest-based shopping mall ParkLake. 

According to Savills, total modern office space in Prague increased slightly in Q2 2021 to 3.73 million sqm. Although subdued and still challenged by uncertainty, Q2 2021 saw a recovery in new supply as 49,500 sqm was delivered to the market across four new projects. Property developer Atenor says it sold its office project Dacia One in central Bucharest to Pavăl Holding, then owner of Romanian DIY retailer Dedeman. 

Standards that certify a building's resilience to a pandemic are not only useful, but also necessary in the current context, according to 96% of employees surveyed by Romanian developer Genesis Property.
