Enter City Office Park will appear on the hilly side of the Hungarian capital and is expected to be completed in 2023, Építészfórum reports.


Construction has already begun on the new office park in District 1, a highly prefered neighbourhood for smaller office developments on the Buda side of the capital. Hungarian developer Gyetvai Fivérek Zrt. offers 5,200 sqm lettable space in four buildings. The project is set to be "Class A, energy-efficient and environmentally-conscious", with a heat pump cooling-heating system and passive shading solutions.

The company is known for projects such as the FIABCI award-winning Zsolt Courtyard complex in Budapest or the Alba Villa apartment building in the city of Balatonfüred.
