JRD is starting the construction of its next Prague residential project. The Vital Kamýk project is expected to be built in Prague 12 within two years. JRD announced the laying of the foundation stone of the residential project and the start of construction in a press release.

JRD Development, a member of the JRD Group, has started construction of the Vital Kamýk project in Prague 12 near the Modřanská rokle natural monument. Skanska has been selected as the general contractor for the construction, which will offer 97 apartments with a healthy indoor environment. The developer plans to complete the project with a final building permit in early 2024. Currently, almost 60% of the apartments have been sold. Unicredit Bank participated in the financing of the project.

The architectural concept of Vital Kamýk was designed by Podlipný Sladký architects, who sensitively integrated the building into the original development. "The symbiosis with the surrounding development and nature is further enhanced by the green roof of the project with extensive greenery, which retains water and thus survives the drier seasons, and the street parterre with trees and ornamental shrubs. However, residents here will also appreciate the use of modern technology and sustainable materials to ensure healthy living and savings on running costs. This is the only defence against rising energy prices, which, according to current developments, can be expected in the future," comments Pavel Krumpár, Sales Director of JRD.

The Vital Kamýk residential project with two separate entrances (named Esprit and Vitalis) will offer 97 apartments in layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and four commercial spaces designed for shops and services. Most of the residential units will have a loggia, balcony or terrace overlooking the greenery. The residential complex with many elements for active life will also include a car wash and service station for cyclists, a playground with workout elements and a leisure terrace Harmonie, designed for relaxation and friendly gatherings, for example, during neighbourhood barbecues. For fans of sustainable transport, there will be preparations for the installation of charging stations for electric vehicles.
