CPIPG has sold its half share in the historic house U Petržilků in Prague on Malostranské Square to the Spolumajitelé group, Seznamzpravy.cz reports. 

GTC has raised €82 million from the sale of two assets in Poland and Croatia as part of a strategy designed to strengthen its financial position.  

Commercial real estate investments in Romania reached €750 million in 2024, marking a 58% increase compared to the previous year, though slightly below the €800 million annual average recorded over the past decade, according to a Colliers report. 

Romanian developer Forty Management has purchased a land plot spanning 12 ha in Bormujos, a suburb of Seville, for a new urban regeneration project under the Lagoon City brand.

Česká Spořitelna has already revealed its plans to move its headquarters within a few years. Its new campus is being built in Smíchov, Prague. With this planned change, which should take place around 2028, the bank is planning to completely abandon its existing buildings near the Budějovická and Roztyly metro stations. The bank has already put its old buildings on the market, reports e15.cz.

Develia has purchased a plot of land in central Wrocław, where it plans to develop a student accommodation project with around 600 rooms and two facilities. The property was acquired from a company within the Puro Hotels group for close to €10 million.

The city of Prague has received a building permit for the revitalisation of the Smíchov transport hub, including an interchange for city and intercity buses or trams, in addition to the modernised railway station and metro station, reports E15.cz.

APS Group, an alternative asset management investor, has fully purchased IMO Property Investments Bucharest, part of Eurobank Group, for an undisclosed amount. 

M Core, the biggest owner of retail parks in Romania, has purchased Shopping City Suceava from Argo Capital, for an undisclosed sum.

Forestay Group and Recorde Asset Management have purchased a 10,200 sqm office building in central Budapest from Generali Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.
