The location of the winter harbour in Bratislava is going to change to a new district, reports SME.sk. At stake are plots worth hundreds of millions. 

CPI Property Group is preparing for the launch of a rental housing investment fund, reports Hospodarskenoviny.cz. The stabilised rental properties are a conservative investment opportunity with relatively low returns.

After nine months of this year, the Echo Investment Group has strengthened its position in key sectors of the Polish real estate market. It has also entered the private student housing segment, starting the construction of two projects. The total value of the Group's assets at the end of September amounted to PLN 6.6 billion (ca. €1.5 billion), while cash reserves exceeded PLN 469 million (ca. €107.5 million). In November, Echo signed a conditional sale agreement for the React office building in Łódź.

With a total loan amount of €168 million Helaba and Erste Group are financing the acquisition of the prime office tower Warsaw UNIT for the Swedish real estate company Eastnine AB. The loan term is for five years and Helaba is acting as co-arranger and agent for the transaction.

Echo Investment has signed a conditional sale agreement for React, the office building located at 24 Piłsudskiego in Łódź. Upon completion of the deal, React will be acquired by Summus Capital, an Estonian-based investment company. The transaction is valued at €32.5 million.

Wing has announced the sale of the Honvéd Center office buildings in the Central Business District of Budapest to Greve Honvéd Kft, a subsidiary of Hamburg-based Greve Group, for an undisclosed amount.
