Gránit Asset Management has completed the purchase of the historical Exchange Palace building in Budapest, from private investors, for an undisclosed sum.

Panattoni has finalized the sale of two industrial parks – Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III and Panattoni Park Kraków East II – to an international investor specializing in commercial real estate as its entry to Poland. The total transaction value reached ca. €70 million.

7R has sold Park Wrocław West II warehouse park in Kąty Wrocławskie. The purchaser is EQT Exeter, a global real estate investment manager. The price has not been disclosed.

Prague representatives and representatives of Czech Railways have signed a purchase agreement for the Žižkov Freight Station building and the surrounding land, reports E15.cz. 

Revetas Group has announced the disposal of the Metropolis development project to the Slovak development company Koruna Group. The asset comprises 476,000 sqm of land for development located near Bratislava. 

The BT Property Alternative Investment Real Estate Fund, managed by BT Asset Management, has purchased Prima Shops Oradea park from Oasis Group, for an undisclosed sum.

Develia has concluded a final sales agreement for a real estate property located on Kolejowa Street in Wrocław with a subsidiary of AFI Europe. The transaction value amounts to PLN 50.5 million (ca. €11.75 million). The sale of the Wrocław land property is a part of Develia's strategy of divestment of its commercial real estate portfolio.

Skanska’s Warsaw office development – P180 – has been sold to Investika Real Estate Fund and its joint-venture partner, BUD Holdings. The P180 office building, located next to the Wilanowska metro station, offers 32,000 sqm of high-standard office space.

Immofinanz Group has announced the completion of the minority shareholders of S Immo, at a price of €22.05 per share, as of December 3. 

Manova Partners has announced its repositioning as an independent real estate asset manager. The company was founded in 2000 as GLL Real Estate Partners and has been part of the Macquarie Group since 2018. As of December 2024, Manova Partners operates as a fully independent entity. Poland is among its key targets in the near future.
