Savills Investment Management has acquired another logistics unit in Łódź. The property was purchased from Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, on behalf of the Savills IM European Logistics Fund 2 (ELF 2), which now owns 26 properties in Europe.

Elite Partners Capital has acquired a warehouse in Mszczonów, Poland for more than €30 million from a subsidiary of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC. The transaction spearheads its build-up of a portfolio of specialised logistics assets in Europe to address opportunities arising from COVID-19-related disruptions.

CPI Property Group announced the acquisition of Concept Tower office in Warsaw, Poland. Concept Tower represents CPIPG’s 14th office property in Warsaw. The Group is now the largest owner of offices in Warsaw by GLA, with a portfolio of 314,000 square metres.

AFI Europe, the owner of among others the largest mall in Bucharest, has completed the takeover of the portfolio consisting of four office projects from NEPI Rockcastle, in the most important office transaction in Romanian history. With a value of €307 million, the transaction through which NEPI Rockcastle, advised by Colliers International, sold four office projects to AFI Europe represents a third of the real estate investment market estimated at about €1 billion in 2020. The acquisition places Romania on the map of large strategic investors and has the potential to become a catalyst for significant new transactions in the future, being an important benchmark for local market liquidity and contributing to increasing investor confidence, according to Colliers International specialists.

Trei Real Estate GmbH has taken out a long-term loan in a volume of €51 million through its Polish subsidiary, Trei Real Estate Poland from pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, a German specialist lender for commercial real estate finance. The loan represents a cross-border financing arrangement and breaks down into two tranches of five and ten years, respectively. It is collateralised with 40 supermarkets from the existing portfolio of Trei Poland, the supermarkets being occupied by Biedronka. Trei intends to use the borrowed capital to finance its growth trajectory.

CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of its Logistics Venture Fund (LoVe), has acquired Building C of 7R Park Beskid I, a newly developed 15,000 sqm logistics warehouse located in Czechowice-Dziedzice in the Bielsko-Biała region of Poland.  The vendor was 7R.S.A.

The Belgrade city government has invited bids for the sale of the Sava congress centre at a minimum price of€ 27.42 million.

Chinese investment company Fosun has acquired the Floreasca Park office building in northern Bucharest from German investor GLL. The transaction was carried out through Fosun’s local subsidiary Resolution Property, which acts as a value-added real estate investment manager.

Kajima Properties Europe and Savills Investment Management have launched a new strategic partnership with the completion of the acquisition of Panattoni Europe’s interest in the 144,880 sqm Łódź City VI logistics park in Central Poland.

AFI Europe NV has concluded a new agreement with NEPI for the purchase of 4 Class A office projects in Romania, with a total GLA of 118,500 sqm. The transaction value is of €290 million and the portfolio’s takeover is scheduled to be finalised within the next four months.
