Tesco announces the sale of its business in Poland to Salling Group A/S. The transaction, which is subject to antitrust approval, includes the sale of 301 stores together with the associated distribution centres and head office.

GalCap Europe, a real estate asset and investment manager specializing in Austria and Central Europe, has acquired another asset in Budapest for a German pension fund’s portfolio. The Rumbach Center office building now expands the existing CEE portfolio within the investor's specialized fund structure, which is under the administration of 2IP Institutional Investment Partners. It was sold by Dubai-based Al Habtoor Group, one of the MENA region’s most respected conglomerates with interests in hospitality, automotive, real estate and education. The deal was brokered by Colliers in Hungary.

Spanish investment fund Danube Property, which acquired four office buildings in Bucharest prior to the 2008 crisis, plans to sell its last asset on the Romanian market, after selling another one during the state of emergency, profit.ro reports.

Real estate investment company Arion Green has acquired the Global City office complex located in Pipera from Global City Business Park. The transaction was closed at the end of April.

Hypermarket chain Albert has sold Obchodní centrum Čestlice to HSTN Holding, a private investment platform founded in 2017 by the founders of Sportisimo. The sale was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield.

Cyprus-based real estate developer Everty Group intends to invest up to €100 million in Bulgaria during the next four years. The announcement follows the group's first major investment in Bulgaria, the acquisition of the 40,000 sqm Perform Business Centre in central Sofia back in 2019.

Allianz Real Estate has purchased the Eiffel Square office building in central Budapest from Hungary’s Green Real Estate Development Investment Fund, managed by Equilor Fund Management, in an off market-deal facilitated by JLL. The transaction was signed in May and closed in early June. Even if several investment transactions were derailed by the Q2 lockdown in Hungary, the transaction progressed in line with the original time frame.

Philippines-based investor ISOC Group has acquired buildings A and B of the Silesia Business Park office complex in Katowice, developed by Skanska, from a fund managed by Scandinavian investor NIAM.  In Poland, the buyer is represented by Augusta Cracovia.

Cavatina Holding has completed the sale of buildings A, B and C of the 60,000 sqm Equal Business Park office complex in Kraków. The buyer is a joint venture managed by Apollo-Rida Poland.

Polish developer Archicom has finalised the sale of the City One, the first building of the City Forum office complex in central Wrocław to an international institutional investor for €33.8 million. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed.
