Partners Group and Northern Horizon have announced the sale of the last two assets, both located in Riga, in their €200 million CEE joint venture to Grinvest, a Singapore-based property and renewable energy investor.

South African investment fund RMH plans to invest €200 million in the mixed-use real estate project planned around the Romexpo exhibition centre in Bucharest by Romanian businessman Iulian Dascalu and Atterbury Bucharest, the local subsidiary of South African investor Atterbury Europe (which is 37.5% owned by RMH). RMH will own a quarter of the project, according to Profit.ro.

In the context of the digital transformation growth, Alexandru Boghiu and Radu Gogoașă announce the launch of The Mavers, a digital & tech startup on the real estate market, with an investment exceeding €300,000.

Romanian real estate developer One United Properties has announced a capital increase of up to €70 million. Following the General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 September, the capital increase was approved at a €380 million pre-money valuation and up to €450 million post-money valuation.  

CA Immo signed and closed the acquisition of Postepu 14, a Class A office building located in the Mokotow district of Warsaw, from developer HB Reavis. The property totals around 34,500 sqm GLA and is nearly fully let to tenants such as AstraZeneca and Samsung Electronics. The purchase price is approximately €87 million, with annual gross rental income of around €6.5 million, reflecting a 7.5% gross initial yield.

Croatia's AZ pension funds have acquired 99.9% of local real estate company M7 Primo for €21 million (HRK 161 million) via a capital increase ahead of M7 Primo's planned listing next year.

A Hungarian real estate fund, advised by VLK Cresa, has acquired the Target Center retail park in Kecskemét, Southern Hungary. The name of the seller and buyer or the purchase price has not been disclosed.

The transaction in which Sif Banat – Crișana bought the shares held by Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction in Doosan IMGB, was authorized by the Competition Council. The transaction, involving a land plot with an area of ​​540,000 square meters, the largest land plot ever traded in Bucharest, was brokered by Crosspoint Real Estate.

Funds managed by Partners Group are to acquire nine newly built, largely occupied office buildings from BUMA's portfolio and two assets under construction with a total leasable area of approximately 125,000 sqm for circa €200 million. The assets are located in Kraków and Wrocław. REINO Partners will partner with Partners Group to manage the portfolio.

CA Immo successfully placed a €350 million fixed rate senior unsecured green bond with a 5-year maturity and an annual coupon of 1.0%. The issuance was oversubscribed more than 5.4 times at final terms with strong demand by more than 150 investors.
