DL Invest Group has secured financing exceeding €146 million to refinance a portfolio of six logistics parks with a combined gross leasable area of approximately 260,000 sqm. The financing was provided by Erste Group and Erste Bank Polska, with CMS acting as legal adviser to the lenders.

The refinancing further strengthens the Group's capital structure. DL Invest Group develops and manages a portfolio comprising logistics parks, retail centres, mixed-use developments, office properties and a digital infrastructure platform designed to support AI and data centre investments. Assets under management exceed €1.2 billion.

"Securing financing of more than €146 million is another endorsement of our long-term business model and the quality of the portfolio we have built. The confidence shown by international financial institutions enables us to pursue our growth strategy while maintaining a stable financing structure," said Dominik Leszczyński, Founder and Managing Partner of DL Invest Group.

The transaction ranks among the largest recent portfolio refinancing deals in the Polish logistics real estate market and highlights the continued attractiveness of modern logistics assets, which remain one of the strongest-performing segments of the European commercial property sector.
