CTP has purchased a 140,000 sqm plot of land located within the Pomeranian Investment Centre (PCI) - an industrial park located in the vicinity of the largest container terminal on the Baltic Sea. The land acquired from the Gdańsk Economic Development Agency will be used to construct the next stage of the CTPark Gdańsk Port industrial and logistics complex.

The last unit of Arete Park Valašské Meziříčí has been finished and handed over to DB Schenker, completing the other two units in this park used by the same tenant.

Industrial developer CTP has launched its first CTBox building in Romania on the premises of CTPark Bucharest West. 

Panattoni has been issued financing for the construction of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV. The €17.25 million loan was granted by Santander Bank Polska.

CTP has handed over a newly completed 18,000 sqm industrial and logistics building in CTPark Žatec to Fiege s.r.o. From this location, Fiege is planning to store and subsequently distribute tyres for retail clients from the Czech Republic, Moravia and Slovakia.

Logistics developer Logicor has purchased a land plot spanning 4.6 hectares from toy retailer Jumbo for an undisclosed sum.

According to the latest report by Newmark Polska, transaction volume in the Polish warehouse market in the first half of 2024 totalled more than 2.72 million sqm, up by 22.7% from the same time last year. Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock surpassed 33.5 million sqm, a 9.5% rise year-on-year.

Trademarc, a company co-owned and managed by Griffin Capital Partners, has sold a 37,590 sqm Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse located in Teresin, west of Warsaw. The buyer and transaction amount have not been disclosed.

KGAL ESPF 5 has entered the Czech market with the purchase of a solar project near the city of Most in north Bohemia. The project is being sold by Sev.en Inntech a.s.

GLP has announced that it is set to unveil its second project in Lędziny (Upper Silesia, Poland). GLP Park Lędziny II will offer 40,000 sqm of rentable space and construction is expected to take approximately eight months once initiated.
