Germany's Garbe group, specialised in industrial investment, is looking to start operations in Romania and develop its first local projects. 

Hungarian developer Infogroup has announced its rebranding as Innovinia as of September 16, as part of its strategy to expand abroad.

The Polish industrial and logistics market continues its strong growth momentum, reveals BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland in its latest report for the second quarter of 2024. With robust occupier activity and stable volumes of new construction, Poland is among the top European industrial markets.

MDC2 and Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited have finalised the lease of approximately 25,000 sqm within MDC2 Park Łódź South. The tenant is Oriflame Holding AG, the owner of the Oriflame brand. It will start its operations at MDC2 Park Łódź South in Q1 2025. The investment was also previously chosen by Notino, which distributes cosmetics, perfumes and over-the-counter medicines from this location.

Panattoni is extending its operations to the Baltic States, namely Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. This new initiative is a response to the growing needs of customers for modern industrial solutions such as BTS.

Panattoni has purchased a land plot where it is to build Panattoni Park Kraków East V. The launch of construction work is scheduled for October and the park’s first tenant – Highway Automotive – has already been found.

Fiege has leased more than 16,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Goleniów I, which is its third location in the Western Pomerania province. Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for providing assistance during the choice of location, negotiations and lease strategy development.

Equs has announced that its Equs Park Lovosice project has received a building permit and new premises are planned to be available at the beginning of 2025.

MLP Group has signed a long-term lease agreement with a Chinese manufacturer of automotive parts, which, as part of its global nearshoring strategy, will lease 23,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. Construction of the facility will begin in the early fourth quarter of 2024, the handover is planed for the second quarter of 2025. The new building will meet the highest environmental standards, to be confirmed by BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.

Panattoni has completed the construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX. The centre with an area of over 13,000 sqm is situated in Targówek Fabryczny and already has its first tenants.
