Arete has completed the sale of its logistics complex, Arete Park Rokycany II, to the Reico Long Lease fund managed by Reico investiční společnost Erste Asset Management.

The logistics park in Rokycany, located near the D5 motorway, offers nearly 30,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. The vacancy rate here is only 2.4%. In June 2025, the park obtained BREEAM New Construction certification at the Very Good level. An important element for the buyer was the long-term single tenant, the German logistics company Thomas Duvenbeck Immobilien, part of the British investment group Waterland.

This divestment is part of the Arete Industrial fund’s strategy to maximise returns from assets under management. The proceeds from the transaction will be immediately reinvested into new acquisitions and further portfolio development.

By acquiring this logistics park property, the Reico Long Lease fund increased the share of the real estate component in the fund's assets to 81%. The total market value of the fund's portfolio is now approximately CZK 6.1 billion (€246 million). As of the end of May 2025, almost 56 thousand shareholders had invested in the fund. The fund's targeted annual return is between 4 and 6%. The buyer was represented in the transaction by Wilsons, ASB, Savills and iO Partners.
