Industrial developer CTP said its profits reached a fresh high of €1.1 billion during 2024, almost 15% up year-on-year, driven by substantial growth in rental income, leasing activity, and a strong development pipeline.

Panattoni is expanding Panattoni Park Zgierz near Łódź (central Poland) with a new 70,000 sqm phase. An undisclosed drugstore chain has leased 50,000 sqm of the space, making the complex a key distribution hub for its operations in Poland. Following the expansion, the park will reach a total size of 120,000 sqm.

Based on the valid building permit, the developer Concens Investments has commenced construction of Phase III of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park at Leoš Janáček Airport in Ostrava Mošnov. The BMW Group will use these buildings as an overseas logistics centre. 

Industrial developer CTP has announced the expansion of its collaboration with freight transport manager Delamode in CTPark Bucharest industrial park.

Industrial developer CTP Hungary has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Zoomlion, which will see the Chinese producer of manufacturing equipment invest €100 million in a new manufacturing facility at CTPark Tatabánya.

Originally developed in partnership with Go Asset, the state-of-the-art logistic facility Log Center Maribor has been a cornerstone of BHM Group's Slovenian portfolio. The facility's ownership has now changed.  

7R will deliver two more buildings for InPost – the leader in logistics services and owner of the Paczkomat parcel locker network. The two projects, totalling 20,000 sqm of warehouse space, are being developed in Pomerania: at 7R Park Gdańsk IV and 7R Park Słupsk.

Panattoni has secured financing for its investment in the Pomerania region—Panattoni Park Gdańsk City Airport. The project consists of two speculative distribution halls being built near Gdańsk Airport. Santander Bank Polska granted the €17.3 million loan.

MLP Group recorded its strongest leasing performance to date in 2024. Over the year, the group leased a total of approximately 305,000 sqm of space, including 225,000 sqm under new contracts – an 82% increase year on year. During this period, MLP Group secured 22 new clients, while 20% of total leasing activity came from existing tenants.

Logicor has started the construction of a new logistics park in the Logicor Prague-Průmyslová zone. The park is close to the southern part of the Prague Ring Road connecting the key strategic highways D1 and D11.
