CTi Cable, a Taiwanese manufacturer, has launched its first European production centre, CTi Europe, at P3 Prague D8. P3 Logistic Parks has tailored a facility within the renovated Hall 5 to accommodate CTi Europe's automated production processes.
The facility will house 1,749 sqm of production and warehousing space, complemented by 165 sqm of customised offices, serving as the headquarters for CTi Europe s.r.o. The plant will produce key components for rapidly growing sectors, including artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, industrial automation, and medical technology.
"CTi Europe's selection of P3 Prague D8 for its European debut is a testament to the quality and adaptability of our parks," said Marek Jaskula, Leasing Manager at P3, about the entry of the first Taiwanese tenant in the Czech Republic.
The tenant will combine new business developments, light manufacturing, logistics, and administration on-site, necessitating a change in the purpose of use from warehousing to production.
