The Store. To multi-purpose warehouse project, developed by Alto Real Estate, has reached an important milestone – the legally valid building permit.

Store. To responds to the growing demand for affordable and flexible warehouse space in the Bratislava region. It is a concept of urban warehouses and suburban logistics that will bring more than 25,000 sqm of sales warehouse units. These will be divided into three separate buildings with modular architecture adaptable to the needs of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, e-shops, showrooms, distribution centres or smaller manufacturing operations.

"Obtaining a valid building permit is a crucial step for us. Store. To will bring a new standard in the field of warehousing and logistics to Bratislava. It will be a functional, flexible and accessible space that reflects the needs of modern business," said Ján Bryndza, Sales Director at Alto Real Estate.

Individual warehouse units will range from 450 sqm, each with a separate entrance, parking space, and pedestrian access. Construction is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks and is expected to last approximately nine months. The project will welcome its first tenants at the end of 2026.

The Polish branch of C&F will officially relocate to the facility at the beginning of 2027.
