Industrial developer CTP has announced a new partnership with Singu, the operator of a cloud-based Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platform. 

Accolade Industrial Fund has obtained a loan of €28 million from the Slovak Tatra Banka for the refinancing of Accolade Funds Park Košice Airport, i.e. for the long-term holding of the buildings and further development of the park, reports dnoviny.cz.

MLP Group reported double-digit growth in key financial metrics in the first half of 2025, confirming the company’s consistent performance in the European logistics market. Consolidated revenue rose 10% year-on-year to PLN 207.1 million (€49.1 million), while EBITDA excluding revaluation effects increased 7% to PLN 106.2 million (€25.2 million). Net profit reached PLN 79.2 million, compared with PLN 281.6 million in H1 2024.

Stokado, Poland’s second-largest self-storage operator, has opened its first facility in Kraków. The development, located on Sosnowiecka Street near the Bronowice shopping centre, offers more than 5,000 sqm of net lettable area and is the first self-storage building in Poland to receive full BREEAM certification from the design and construction phase.

P3 Ostrava Central has been built on a brownfield site in the Vítkovice quarter and has been benefiting from a strategic location near the main transport arteries in Ostrava. Brainmarket, a company focused on healthy nutrition and dietary supplements, has selected this industrial and commercial district as its new base.

Redstone has announced a new company coming to the East Park Olomouc to become an anchor tenant in a newly constructed hall. This is the largest new transaction of 2025 in the Olomouc region in the Czech Republic.

P3 Logistic Parks has completed a built-to-suit warehouse project for DPD Poland at P3 Bydgoszcz Park. The facility, which will be used for local parcel processing, offers 7,117 sqm of warehouse space and 742 sqm of offices.

In the first half of 2025, Poland’s industrial and logistics real estate market maintained steady growth. Total stock increased by 7% year-on-year to 36.03 million sqm, despite a decline in new supply (1.15 million sqm; -30% YoY) and lower developer activity on new construction starts (1.47 million sqm; -26% YoY). Lease renegotiations rose, pushing gross take-up to 2.95 million sqm (+10% YoY). Rental rates remained stable across most regional markets. Despite macroeconomic uncertainty, the sector continues to attract investors, supported by solid fundamentals and visible acquisition activity. Savills has published its latest report on the Polish industrial and logistics market, confirming growing interest from both investors and tenants in the first half of 2025. Warsaw and the surrounding areas have now exceeded 7 million sqm of modern space, strengthening their role as a key logistics hub in Central Europe.

The P3 Lovosice Cargo logistics hall, unique thanks to its railway siding, has been leased to a new tenant. The hall, with an area of over 43 thousand sqm, can accommodate a train with up to 15 wagons.
