Logicor has acquired a 28,000 sqm freehold logistics asset in Budaörs, located 12 km from Budapest city centre. The property, now named Logicor Alligator, comprises warehouse and office space within the M0 Budapest ring road.
The asset is directly adjacent to Logicor's existing Camel, Shark and Pharma parks, consolidating four neighbouring logistics parks in Budaörs and creating a combined logistics cluster of nearly 100,000 sqm.
"The acquisition strengthens Logicor's position in this key location. It also consolidates four neighbouring logistics parks in Budaörs, creating a combined logistics cluster of nearly 100,000 sqm in a prime, well-connected location," said Domonkos Joó, Senior Director and Head of Hungary & Austria at Logicor.
The property benefits from transport connectivity, with proximity to the M1 motorway towards Western Europe, the M7 motorway towards the Croatian border, and the M0 Budapest Ring Road. The location is also connected to public transport, including proximity to Budaörs railway station.
The property is currently 80% leased to a global logistics provider, occupying approximately 22,000 sqm. In Hungary, Logicor operates 172,000 sqm of logistics space across eight parks, predominantly located along Budapest's transport corridors.
