CPI Property Group announced the appointment of Mr. David Greenbaum to the role of the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Colliers International has strengthened its management structure in Poland. In recognition of their business achievements and contribution to building company value, all nine of Colliers’ Partners in Poland will now be referred to as Senior Partners, which is a newly created position.

Laurentiu Lazar, Senior Partner, Investment and Valuation Services, will take over as the new Managing Partner of Colliers International Romania, effective as of March. Ilinca Paun, the current Managing Partner, will remain Member of the Board and will focus on her activity at Entrepreneurship Academy, where she will operate as CEO.

Plaza Centers announced that CEO Dori Keren will retire from his position at the end of March 2018.

Griffin Real Estate has changed its organisational and management structure, propertynews.pl reports. Founder and former CEO Przemyslaw Krych has sold its stake in Griffin Real Estate, having previously resigned from all positions held in the company and related entities. The move follows Krych’s detainment by Poland’s Central Anticorruption Bureau in December on unspecified charges. 

JLL has appointed Peter Nitschneider as Country Manager of its Slovak business, based in Bratislava, with effect from 1 January 2018.

Rudolf Nemes will be joining CTP as Country Manager in Hungary, effective on January 8th, 2018, while István Pozderka became the company’s new Senior Business Developer in Hungary, effective on January 1st, 2018. The primary task of the new team will be to accelerate business growth and to strengthen the Hungarian platform in order to create the foundation of a sustainable future expansion.

Robert Pitt has joined CTP Invest as the group COO, effective as of December 1st, 2017. Mr. Pitt will assist in setting up processes to efficiently help structure how the company operates, thus preparing CTP for the further growth needed to achieve its ambitious goals. His main focus will be HR, IT, Legal, Controlling and Construction/Design/Permitting/Procurement.

NewWork, a serviced offices operator from Hungary, opened their first location in Poland. 3,200 sqm of flexible office space is now available in Warsaw's Wilanów in Wilanów Office Park. NewWork plans to continue their expansion in the Polish capital city and open another 10,000 sqm of serviced office space by the end of 2018.

The Board of Directors has appointed Anders Danielsson new President and CEO of Skanska. He will succeed Johan Karlström who previously announced he will step down.
