Jana Vlková has recently been promoted to the position of Director of Business Development at Colliers International in Prague. Jana will focus on identifying and securing all types of business opportunities that Colliers Czech can offer to its clients. These services, to mention a few, will include and cover supporting Office Agency, Workplace Consultancy, Project Management and Design and Fit Out works services. Jana will continue to work with her existing and future clients by providing turnkey solutions and services at the highest professional level.

Jana joined Colliers in April 2012 as Head of Office Agency and was responsible for agency services on behalf of tenants as well as landlords. Jana has been active on the Czech real estate market since the year 2000 and thus has wide experience including transaction management, brokerage, asset management, and portfolio strategy and workplace services.

Vlkova Jana joined Colliers in April 2012 to take over the role of Head of Office Agency. Prior to joining Colliers she worked as the Managing Director of Bank Austria Real Invest Asset Management CR. She started her carrier in April 2000 with DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung, a real estate advisory company. She worked as office agent responsible for letting office premises in commercial properties in Prague, including landlord or tenant representation, property viewings, assistance in negotiation of lease terms and contracts, market research, participation on clients marketing campaigns, preparation of company presentations and finally co-ordinating two junior colleagues in the team.  More »

  • Vastint Romania secured its first tenant for Bucharest-based Timpuri Noi Square Phase 2, signing SCOR for 3,250 sqm. The transaction, brokered by CBRE, facilitates SCOR’s expansion within Vastint’s local portfolio. The company has previously leased 2,320 sqm in Business Garden Bucharest.
  • EVO Properties has named Alexandru Marin as the new Property Manager for the London and Oslo office buildings in Bucharest. He brings over 15 years of property management experience.
  • IF&B Mille Sapori, the importer and distributor of Italian food products in Poland, has leased 4,118 sqm in the MLP Pruszków II complex. The lease deal was brokered by Coldwell Banker Commercial.

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
