Bence Nádasdy will take over as CEO of Indotek Investments Alapkezelő Zrt. from 19 February 2026. Alongside his new appointment, he will continue as capital markets director and management board member, remaining responsible for directing Indotek Group's capital and bank financing.

Nádasdy brings over 25 years of experience in investment, financing and financial sectors. During his career, he has served as financial director and managing director for real estate development, energy and infrastructure projects worth billions of euros across Central and Eastern Europe. He has proven his expertise in various roles, from leading CIB Bank's structured and project financing division to financial management of the MVM Paks II project and serving as managing director and financial director of the BudaPart project.

With the new CEO appointment, Indotek aims to further increase its financial flexibility and strengthen its position in the domestic and regional capital markets.

Nádasdy has worked as Financial Director at Indotek Group since 2021. In his new role, he will be responsible for the complete management of the fund management company, with particular focus on capital market solutions that ensure the group's long-term growth and stability. He also serves on the boards of Indotek Investments Alapkezelő Zrt. and Auchan Retail Magyarország.

"It's important for me that our team creates solutions that continue to contribute to the group's long-term stability and development, and also enable our presence in international capital markets," Nádasdy said.
