European Green Logistics Space (EGLS) has promoted Marta Goronska-Wiercioch to Managing Director, Poland, after having joined the company in 2025.

In her new role, she will lead EGLS' Polish platform, overseeing investment strategy, development activity and asset management, while strengthening relationships with occupiers, partners and public sector stakeholders across the country.

Ian Worboys, Co-Founder and CEO of EGLS, said: "Poland is one of our core markets in Europe, and Marta has been instrumental in building our platform there. She combines deep local market knowledge with a clear understanding of what international occupiers and investors now expect from modern logistics real estate."

Commenting on her appointment, the new Managing Director said: "Demand for warehouse space in Poland remained strong in 2025, reaching close to 6 million sqm. This strength is being supported by resilient consumer demand and a stable economic and political backdrop. At EGLS, our focus is on providing occupiers with efficiency, flexibility and technological solutions that allow them to monitor and report energy consumption and CO2 emissions in real time."
