Three in five employers (59%) will ultimately embrace hybrid working - this represents a 14 pp increase on the June 2021 survey. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has published the results of its survey of 103 decision-makers in office space management in Poland.

German developer Trei Real Estate has opened its thirtieth Vendo Park retail park in Poland. It is located in Otwock, in the south-eastern outskirts of Warsaw.

Michał Nawrot has been promoted to Head of Investments CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors. He will be responsible for, among others, the implementation of investment objectives, asset management to increase their value and the fund's investment strategies in the CEE region.

Hungarian Crown Holding Kft. has purchased Cascade Office Building in central Bucharest for €10.1 million.  

Romanian developer One United Properties has completed the acquisition of One Victoriei Plaza office building in central Bucharest for around €28 million.  

Following the majority takeover of Immofinanz by CPI Property Group (CPIPG), resulting in the shareholding of app. 77%, Immofinanz announced an update strategy, including close cooperation with CPIPG and the related synergy effects. CPIPG and Immofinanz now agreed that CPIPG will provide asset management services to local Immofinanz companies.

Emma Toma, Head of the Office Leasing Division at AFI Europe Romania, spoke to Property Forum about the developer’s expansion plans in the residential segment and the trend of rising rents in Class A office buildings.

Considering how Prague and its population will grow in the next few years, developer Central Group is planning schools and kindergartens. In its Nová Ruzyně project, it plans to build housing for more than 6,600 people and incorporate kindergartens directly into residential buildings. The developer plans to start construction within two years, writes the daily E15.

Developer Crestyl wants to transform the centre of Brno near the main train station with the Dornych project, connecting the historic centre with the newly planned district. It is to create a freely accessible public space that will include six buildings with apartments, office and retail space and underground garages. The project, with a total investment of CZK 7 billion (€285 million), already has a zoning permit and expects to receive a building permit by mid-2023, the developer announced at a public presentation of the project.

Panattoni has completed a central warehouse for Neonet in Łódź-Pabianice. The opening ceremony is scheduled take place in August this year.
