Developer AFI Europe has announced the completion of the Tulipa residential project on a five-hectare brownfield site in Prague 3 Strašnice. This latest, fifth phase with an eight-storey apartment building cost the developer more than CZK 250 million and will be the only one dedicated exclusively to rental housing with 61 apartments.

The Ukrainian retail industry together with the rest of the country is going through one of the most alarming stages in its history. Shopping malls are increasingly becoming targets for enemy fire. It is difficult to estimate the financial losses caused by the Russian army as the situation is constantly changing. According to the Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centres (UCSC) the losses incurred by the shopping mall industry as a result of the aggression amount to $9.8 billion. More than 600,000 sqm of warehouse space is under construction in Lower Silesia. Of that total, nearly two-thirds are being built in Wrocław and its suburbs. Demand for new warehouses in the region comes mainly from e-commerce and 3PL, according to Newmark Polska.

IHG Hotels & Resorts will operate the Athénée Palace hotel owned by Romanian ANA Hotels under a management contract, starting from 2023. Following the rebranding process, Athénée Palace Hilton will become InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest.
