AFI Czech Republic has officially begun construction of its new rental project AFI Home V Korytech in Prague 10 featuring 519 residential units. Construction will proceed in two phases that started simultaneously, with the first phase completing in Q2 2028 and the second a year later. Metrostav DIZ serves as the general contractor.

Andrei Radu, Group Development Director at NEPI Rockcastle, talked about the developer’s focus on net zero with a €100 million investment in clean energy production. With the recent launch of a 54 MW solar park in Romania, the group expects to cover almost 50% of its total CEE electricity needs by 2026, offering cost control and doing the "heavy lifting" for tenants.

Echo Investment has signed a sale agreement for Brain Park C building. The latest phase of the Kraków-based office complex will be acquired by Greenstone Asset Management, a private equity and investment firm. The building provides 13,700 sqm of GLA and has an BREEAM rating.

CBRE reports that office demand in Bucharest remained stable in Q3 2025, with total leasing activity reaching 61,500 sqm, consistent with the previous quarter but down from last year's quarterly average and the first half of this year. Despite the constant activity levels, market dynamics shifted this quarter as net demand increased by 44% compared to Q2 2025, totalling 41,700 sqm.

The Romanian commercial real estate market presented a diverse landscape in Q3, with the industrial stock continuing its expansion while the Bucharest office sector registered no new deliveries for the first time on record, according to a report by iO Partners.

Indotek Group has announced plans to build thousands of new homes in Budapest at prices more favourable than panel flats, including projects in districts XI and XV. The third quarter of 2025 confirmed a continued decline in demand in the Slovak industrial property market. Total leasing activity amounted to 64,365 sqm, with net take-up representing 50,615 sqm. The vacancy rate rose to 7.72%, the highest level in recent years, according to the latest quarterly report from 108 Real Estate.
