The Russian full-scale invasion inflicted unprecedented damage on Ukraine’s housing stock. YIT Slovakia has reached a significant regulatory milestone in the development of its Mlynárka project in Bratislava. Following the building placement decision issued by the district in November 2025, the developer obtained legal planning permission on 18 December 2025 for the first phase of the development, comprising blocks B, C, and E. This approval allows the company to transition the project into the next phase of the formal authorisation process.

Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments.
