Global consulting company Drees & Sommer has fully acquired Polish project management and construction planning company ADC sp. z o.o., with the deal becoming legally effective on May 6, 2026. The acquisition strengthens Drees & Sommer's ability to serve clients across Poland and the wider CEE.

Founded in 2018, ADC offers integrated services across architecture and design, consulting and technical advisory, as well as project management and construction supervision. Approximately 70 ADC employees will join Drees & Sommer Poland, increasing the workforce to over 90 employees across four offices in Warsaw, Rzeszów, Wrocław and Katowice.

"Poland is one of the most dynamic construction and real estate markets in CEE," said Steffen Szeidl, CEO and Partner of Drees & Sommer. "This acquisition represents a strategic step for Drees & Sommer. With ADC, we gain a proven partner with planning expertise, a local network and a capable management team."

The acquisition enables Drees & Sommer to deliver solutions in the Polish market by combining consulting, planning, management, and supervision services. "The opportunities of a global consulting group broaden our growth path while allowing us to preserve our entrepreneurial culture," said Bogusław Paciorek, Managing Director of ADC.

Over eight years, ADC has delivered more than 300 projects across Poland, including the 50,000 sqm distribution centre for Jerónimo Martins in Opoczno, the redevelopment of Warsaw's DTBJ department store, and residential developments for Victoria Dom totalling over 100,000 sqm of living space. The company will continue to be led by its current management team.
