pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €118 million credit facility to REICO ČS NEMOVITOSTNÍ, the biggest open-ended real estate fund on the Czech market, managed by REICO, an investment company of Česká spořitelna. The facility will be used to fund the acquisition of two newly built logistic properties in Upper Silesia as well as for the refinancing of an office building in Warsaw.

Net profit of PLN 51 million, an increase in the value of office projects under construction and handing over to customers 399 apartments – this is a brief summary of Q1 2022 results of Echo Investment Group. The developer also published its second sustainability report where it summarised last year's achievements and results in the areas of environmental, social and corporate governance.

Agnieszka Krzekotowska and Dorota Pacławska have been promoted to the position of Senior Partners at Colliers. GLP, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, has signed a long-term lease agreement with online retailer Alza.hu for a 22,000 sqm warehouse at Sziget Logistics Centre, Hungary. Construction is already in progress, and the building is due to be finalized in Q3 2022.

Immofinanz’s like-for-like rental income rose by 4.3% in the first quarter of 20221, the occupancy rate remained high at 94.4%, and FFO 1 before tax was stable at a very good level of €34.4 million. Net profit totalled €72.4 million, compared with a substantial positive effect in the first quarter of the previous year from the revaluation of the stake in S Immo. With an equity ratio of 52.3% and a conservative debt level with a net LTV of 32.7%, Immofinanz has a strong capital foundation.

With profitable sales of non-strategic properties and good progress in the implementation of the development pipeline, CA Immo's operating performance remained stable in the first quarter, seamlessly from the previous quarters. The strong sales result combined with lower indirect costs led to an increase in operating profit of around 6%. In addition, a significant increase in revaluation results helped to more than triple consolidated net income compared with the previous year.

A new logistics park will be built in Ziar nad Hronom in central Slovakia by autumn 2023. The developer Contera will construct it here for € 22 million. The first big tenant is already assured too, it will be the electronics wholesaler Fast Plus, writes logistikadnes.sk. 

ELBI, the supplier of low power equipment, has leased 15,000 sqm in P3 Bucharest A1 and will start operating the warehouse in November 2022 following an investment of €3 million.

Property development and investment group Crestyl appointed Alena Líškay Králíková as its ESG manager in May. In her newly created position, she will be responsible for developing and overseeing the company's environmental, social responsibility and corporate governance policies and practices.
