Property Forum is proud to be partnering with Ukrainian-British exhibition company "Premier Expo" to join its ReBuild Ukraine trade exhibition and conference, which intends to help Ukrainian communities affected by the war to restore a normal life, as an information partner. The event will be held in Warsaw, Poland on 15-16 February 2023.


“The reconstruction of Ukraine is not a local project, not a project of one nation, but a joint task of the entire democratic world - of all countries, certainly all countries that can say about themselves - we are civilized,” said Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine.

The event is held under the auspices of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories, the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), the Ministry of Economic Development and Technologies of the Republic of Poland, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as relevant ministries of EU partner countries.

The main aim of this event is to accelerate the attraction of financing for the reconstruction of Ukrainian communities which suffered as the result of the military aggression, and the attraction of investments to the cities and regions of Ukraine, which currently support millions of displaced families and have attractive investment opportunities.

ReBuild Ukraine is to unite state structures, international donor and financial institutions, Territorial Communities, representatives of charitable funds, and investment and construction companies at one public platform.

At the intergovernmental press briefing opening of ReBuild Ukraine, the representatives of participating countries will speak about their involvement in rebuilding Ukraine.

The renovation of Ukraine will be the most complex reconstruction project since World War II. The scale of destruction is so significant that only with the active participation of partner countries it would be possible to cope with this challenge. It will become a window of opportunity for many sectors of the economy, both in Ukraine and other countries worldwide.

The following representatives of state authorities are invited to share their vision regarding the reconstruction process:

  • Minister Mr. Lars Lokke Rasmussen Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark

  • Minister Mr. Ing. Józef Sikela Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic
  • Vice-Minister Mr. Vincas Jurgutis Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania
  • His Majesty’s Mr. Kenan Poleo Trade Commissioner for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Region
  • Representative of the Ministry of Economy and Climate of Germany

The key component of the exhibition is the National Pavilion "Ukraine and its Communities", where 23 Ukrainian cities and towns will present their vision of priority reconstruction projects and further development of their communities by means of investments investment and donor projects. Communities Marathon - presentations of each participating Ukrainian community will be held from February 15-16, 2023.

Participating territorial communities

Investment conference "Rebirth of Nation. Municipalities of Ukraine. Opportunities for investors and partners." - the main topic for discussion will be the economic potential of Ukrainian municipalities from an investment perspective. Why invest in Ukraine? Industrial parks are a key investment trend.

Analysis of the most successfully implemented and current investment cases in Ukraine. Investment organizations and financial institutions are invited.

Ukraine is the world's largest construction site! – The main trigger that is the basis of another exhibition event - Recovery Construction Forum, which will be held on February 15, 2023. The main partners of "Premier Expo" in the organization of this event are FIEC - European Construction Industry Federation and the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.

The Forum will bring together the leading construction companies of Ukraine and the EU. The main topic will be issues of strategic recovery planning, rules, and policies of participation of international companies in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

New leases

  • MLP Group has bolstered the tenant mix at MLP Poznań West by welcoming Stockly, a 3D printing specialist. The company has leased 2,400 sqm of warehouse and office space, with operations already underway via early access. A full handover is expected in December 2026. Stockly was represented by Rock Estate during the transaction.
  • Echo Investment has signed a lease agreement with Auchan Polska for 1,200 sqm of retail space within Fuzja, a flagship multifunctional complex in Łódź. The retailer is scheduled to open the outlet during the summer of 2026.

New appointments

  • Aleksandra Walaszek and Tomasz Nowakowski have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Agency. Walaszek has more than 10 years of experience in the retail sector. Nowakowski is an expert with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic leasing and retail property transaction management.
  • iO Partners has appointed Constantin Banu as Business Development Director for its Industrial and Land segments. With over 25 years of experience in the Romanian real estate sector, Banu is widely credited with helping shape the local logistics market. In his new role, he will oversee expansion strategies for the two segments.
  • Avison Young has promoted Bartłomiej Krzyżak and Marcin Purgal to the roles of Co-Heads of the Investment Department in Poland. Krzyżak, previously Senior Director, brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience, having joined Avison Young in 2017. Purgal, also a former Senior Director and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), transitions into the co-head role with 23 years of experience in the CEE commercial markets.
