During five months of war in Ukraine, millions of square meters of housing, production facilities, and infrastructure were destroyed. To speed up the recovery, Ukrainian legislation governing urban planning was simplified. Investment group DRFG has started to build a new apartment complex in Mladá Boleslav in Michalovice. As part of the project, called Green, an apartment building with more than a hundred apartments, garages and a large garden with a water reservoir will be built within two years. The market value of the project is CZK 634.6 million (€25.9 million), according to DRFG spokeswoman Monika Brichtová.

Czech investment and development group Trigema has bought a 51% stake in CenovaMapa.org, the market leader in online real estate valuation. Its founder, Hyposervis, retains 49% of the company. Following the acquisition, the parties did not disclose the amount. The newly created real estate data provider has been renamed Dataligence.

Panattoni has completed the expansion of a factory for a European hygiene products manufacturer - from 26,000 sqm to 70,000 sqm.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) has underwritten an investment facility, totalling €120 million to refinance a logistics portfolio located across Poland for EQT Exeter. This is the second deal that pbb has closed with the EQT Exeter team.

At the end of June 2022, Warsaw’s total office stock amounted to approximately 6.27 million sqm. Occupier activity accelerated while the vacancy rate continued its downward trend in H1 2022, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

7R, in a joint venture partnership with MFC Real Estate and DIL Polska Baumanagement, has finalized the sale of 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I to Macquarie Asset Management. The facility includes three buildings, comprising 15,900 sqm, and is fully leased. The value of the transaction is approx. €29 million. This is another transaction between Macquarie Asset Management and 7R. In November 2021, the investor also acquired urban warehouses near Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Łódź. 

Bucharest recorded 10 of the 14 major property transactions closed in the first half of 2022, while the overall volume of investment rose by 6% to €323 million compared to the first half of 2021, according to real estate consultancy CBRE.
