Rustler Romania, the supplier of facility, property and project management services, has launched its brokerage division under Rustler Properties offering real estate consulting services in the office, land and industrial-logistics segments.

The rising share of domestic investors has kept volumes high in CEE property markets in the last year and this trend will continue. The overall market outlook is quite optimistic as further declines are expected for inflation and construction costs, concluded panellists of Property Forum's recent online event.

Romanian developer Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the first 209 apartments comprising the first phase of the Boreal Plus residential project in Constanța.

Developer Antracit has started the construction of the PorubkaPoint project in Ostrava. The two-storey building will be used for sports activities. Construction group HSF System is the general contractor.

7R has started construction of a new facility in Pomerania. 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I will ultimately provide three halls with a total area of about 40,500 sqm. Pekabex is the general contractor for the project.

Romanian real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate, the local partner of Savills, is launching a new segment dedicated exclusively to residential leasing through accessing the private rental sector (PRS). 

The Czech government wants to involve the Czech National Development Bank (NRB) in the construction of affordable rental housing. The cabinet is also planning to amend the law on the State Fund for Investment Support (SFPI), which supports housing development in the Czech Republic. This is to support the government's commitment that up to 10,000 extra rental flats could be built per year by the end of the parliamentary term. The Czech Press Agency (CTK) quotes the updated programme statement of the cabinet.

HelloParks, a subsidiary of Futureal Group announced a fourth major industrial development in the Budapest logistics market. This time the firm will start construction on the southern outskirts of the Hungarian capital. The new 60,000 sqm industrial property in Alsónémedi is the biggest industrial project in the firm's history and is scheduled to open in Q2 2024.
