Bucharest is the largest retail market in Romania with a total stock of 1.24 million sqm in operational projects, while across the country Timișoara has the biggest volume of shopping centres and retail parks of all regional cities. 

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 30-ha plot of land in Dachowa near Poznań. The site will become the new P3 Poznań III park, which will enrich the developer’s current portfolio in the Wielkopolska region.

MLP Group has purchased an additional 6 hectares of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex has increased to more than 170,000 sqm. The existing plot of land has already been fully developed, with all facilities 100% leased.

Panattoni has launched the construction of its fifth park in Ruda Śląska. The new project will comprise two buildings with a combined area of 66,300 sqm. Santander has awarded a loan of €30 million for the development of the park and already half the space in the complex has been leased by Regesta.

One of the largest rooftop solar power plants to date is at the Urbanity Campus Tachov industrial park, with a reported installed capacity of 5 MW and an approximate annual production of more than 5,000 MWh of electricity, says 108 Agency in its latest report.
