Jan Čížek, Head of the Retail Warehousing Team with over 15 years of experience in the retail real estate sector, has become a partner at Cushman & Wakefield.
Jan Čížek joined Cushman & Wakefield's retail team in 2009, where he focused on leasing spaces. He successfully leased units in shopping centres and provided comprehensive consultancy services regarding the optimal use of retail spaces, including changes in shopping centre concepts, extensions, and renovations. He also specialised in optimising hypermarkets and leisure concepts.
In 2022, he became the Head of the Retail Warehousing Team, the expert team for retail park leasing. He helped develop this specialised segment in the Czech market with his team, focusing on leasing, consultancy during construction, and the sale of entire projects.
As a partner, Jan Čížek will continue to specialise in retail park consultancy, deepen cooperation with major local and international developers, investors, and tenants, and provide advisory services for project implementation and sales. His primary goal is to deliver expert consultancy and services supported by analyses and data the team has accumulated over 30 years in the sector.
