City Point Targówek to be expanded with the next phase
The joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has launched the construction of the C2 facility at City Point Targówek. The light industrial building will offer 25,000 sqm of space with units starting from 1,000 sqm. Depenbrock Poland is the general contractor for the project.

Immocap acquires land for resi project in Bratislava
Developer Immocap has confirmed the acquisition of the plot right in front of the railway station Bratislava - Nové Mesto, Yimba.sk reports. The previous owner, Merius, has planned to build the Semiramis residential project on this exposed land between the station and the Kuchajda Lake.

Warsaw retail park gets new owners
Precordia Capital and Septyma have become holders of 66% of shares in the convenience retail park Street Mall Vis à Vis Wilanów located on ul. Przyczółkowska 219 in Warsaw. They acquired the shares from Capital Park Sp. z o.o. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.

New leases
- Jack & Jones has leased 310 sqm for a new store at Promenada Sibiu, owned by NEPI Rockcastle.
- Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
- Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
New appointments
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
- PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
