Intrade Assets Management is applying for a permit for the project known as Za stanicou (Behind the station) in Bratislava, now under the new name Aquamarine, reports SME.sk. Presented 14 years ago the project is coming to life in the Nové Mesto district.

Hungarian developer Faedra Group has kicked off the construction of two industrial and logistics warehouses in Budapest, covering a total of more than 21,000 sqm, following an investment of more than €23 million.

In the first half of 2024, Echo Investment Group successfully implemented its growth strategy, continuing construction projects, selling nearly 900 apartments, and debuting in the private student housing segment. The Reico ČS Nemovitostní fund (RČSN) has sold its smallest property, the shopping centre in České Budějovice. The building has been purchased by Conseq realitní, an open shareholding fund managed by Conseq Funds investiční společnost (investment company). 

The Reico ČS Nemovitostní (RČSN) fund is expanding its investment portfolio. To its commercial real estate portfolio the fund is now adding the first residential rental housing project.
