In addition to subsidies and preferential loans, the Ministry of Regional Development is planning a new financial instrument to help start the construction of housing in the Czech Republic, reports E15.cz. 

In the first half of 2024, the trends that emerged last year were consolidated and intensified in Ukraine’s office and industrial real estate market. The situation has stabilized and the market is gradually returning to pre-war numbers.
