Wing's Telekom Campus in Budapest is now operating at nearly full capacity following a new lease agreement with an insurance company.

The new tenant will occupy approximately 1,000 sqm of office space, starting in September 2025.

This deal, brokered by Eston, brings one of Hungary's largest office buildings to almost 100% occupancy.

Completed in 2018 as a HQ building, Telekom Campus transitioned to a multi-tenant property in 2023 with the arrival of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions.

Dr. Ernő Takács, Deputy CEO, Hotels & Commercial Properties at Wing, said: "The seamless conversion of the building’s function, its adaptable layout, and the ability to maintain efficient and smooth operations under a new model are all proof of WING’s long-term approach and commitment to quality."

The building offers a restaurant, café, gym, rooftop running track, and underground parking, among other amenities, to enhance occupant comfort and convenience.

It also holds BREEAM Excellent and Access4you certifications, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and accessibility.

Wing’s company's development portfolio includes 5.5 million sqm of floorspace in Germany, Poland and Hungary.
