P3 Logistic Parks has announced the appointment of Chris Zeuner as its new Chief Investment Officer effective from 1st September 2025.

Fio Investment Company has announced the purchase of another property to its Fio real estate fund portfolio. The fund has acquired the Stará Celnice office and retail building in the centre of Prague from German pension fund BVK Europa-Immobilien-Spezialfonds, represented in the transaction by Invesco Real Estate.

Panattoni has secured financing from mBank for its latest project in the Małopolska region of Poland. The €26 million funding will be used to develop the new logistics complex, Panattoni Park Kraków East V.
