Local developer EnVogue Residence will include a Hilton Garden Inn hotel in the final construction phase of the EnVogue Residence – Iuliu Maniu project. The hotel will be part of a new, two-section building whose structure has already been finalised.

Prague's first skyscraper, built in 1934 and known as the Trade Union House in Prague's Žižkov district, is set to receive a major renovation, reports seznamzpravy.cz. The dilapidated but listed building has been owned by the bathroom empire SIKO since 2018.

Office leasing in Bucharest reached its lowest point in four years during H1 2025, according to Colliers consultants. Total leasing transactions exceeded 100,000 sqm, representing a more than one-third decrease compared to the same period last year.

Budapest's office market recorded a notable decrease in its vacancy rate during Q2 2025, reaching 12.8%. This marks a 1.29 percentage point drop from the previous quarter and a 1.18 percentage point decrease year-on-year, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF). Net absorption also turned positive, reaching 57,000 sqm.

Residential developer Living has announced the launch of sales for Park West Rise, the fourth and final phase of its Park West residential park. 

Scallier has secured exclusive rights to commercialise five new retail parks in Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Ruda Śląska, Zabrze, and Darłowo. Construction is scheduled to begin between late 2025 and early 2026, with openings planned for the first half of 2027. The projects will offer a combined leasable area of over 40,000 sqm.
